Most treatments include a blend of soothing Swedish strokes with therapeutic deep tissue work, but all treatments are customized to clients' individual needs. Complimentary use of hot stones is incorporated into every in-studio massage, as desired.


Massages in duration of 75 minutes or more are the best, with 90 minutes usually being sufficient to address the whole body, plus paying special attention to areas most in need!  90 minute treatments are the most popular, and the minimum necessary for the hard working mountain athletes of Telluride.

Cancellation Policy:
Life is uncertain, and plans change due to a multitude of variables! Please try to give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Your spot will likely be filled by someone on the waitlist. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, that cannot be filled by another client, a $100 fee per appointment will be requested. Last minute no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
